Here is the time to sum up this year!
In 2022, Revvy continued and continues to develop, grow and implement new unique projects. We have always been an open company, so we honestly tell you about the results of the work done. This year we:
Sent 25 million messages with a request for recall and mailings. This is 5 times more than it was in 2021!
Increased the number of active customers to 1500, made 2500 extensions;
Intercepted more than 1 million negative reviews, kept 60 thousand dissatisfied customers, increased the profit of our customers by 120 million rubles (and this is only due to the return of dissatisfied customers);
Connected 7 large networks, including “Papa Jones” and “Yobidoeby”;
Our geolocation has expanded to the whole world : now with us Dubai, Czech Republic, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Spain, USA and Israel;
The number of employees of Revvy increased from 28 people to 48. And we all continue to be a warm and cozy family.
We actively developed shopify website design the product externally. This year we have published articles on RusBase, PPC, Netology, Lemma, VC, Yandex Zen and in our personal blog Revvy. We were recommended by influencers and restaurateurs. They stood in several large B2B marketplaces and spent 3 webinars. We took part in the largest exhibition in the field of HoReCa - PIR EXPO 2022!
Closed 325 different tasks for new functions and product improvement. Here is only a small, but weighty, part of them:
We have significantly expanded the functions of Revvy: in addition to the request for a review, you can now send marketing mailings and up-sales.

We have improved the appearance and functionality of the Revvy personal cabinet: updated the dashboard (added the period, the revoking of reviews and NPS), added the translation of the lux into English. Added logo support and page setting up to select a platform with a review.
Created integration with SMS-just (now messages can be sent not only to WhatsApp, but also via SMS).
Added confirmation and reminder of the record for Yclients and Altegio
Became partners with Yandex. Business.

Let’s be honest – this year not everything was so smooth. As with many businesses, we had a lot of difficulties, but we came out of them with dignity, with a high head and excellent results.
